Enamel reactor use precautions

Because of its rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygienic and environmental pollution, the enamel reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide and other processes. Do you know what precautions are there when using the enamel reactor? ?
    1. It is strictly forbidden to strike the glass surface or its outer casing. During operation, the hard object should be prevented from falling into the kettle and damaging the glass surface.
  2. During the use of the enamel reactor, temperature quenching and rapid heating are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the surface of the glass.
    3. In the operation, try to avoid the contact between the outer shell of the kettle body and corrosive liquid such as acid and alkali. If there is any contact with the material, it should be wiped clean with a rag.
    4. Do not rinse the equipment casing with water to avoid damage to the insulation layer.
    5. When opening the manhole or hand hole, the glass surface of the manhole or hand hole cover should be placed face down on the bracket made of cork. Do not place the glass surface directly on the hard ground or steel platform, or Place the enamel glass face up. The removed clips should be placed neatly and should not interfere with operation or walking.
    6. Always observe whether the thermowell is in contact with the material during operation. Due to the large thermal resistance of the neodymium glass tube, the temperature inside the tank generally shows a certain degree of hysteresis with the actual temperature. The effects of thermal inertia and display hysteresis should be considered in the heating and cooling operations.
    7. When the minimum temperature is lower than 0 °C, the water stored in the jacket should be drained after use to avoid damage to the equipment due to freezing.
    8. For reactors equipped with mechanical seals, the sealing parts should be kept clean.
    9. If the bottom of the kettle is blocked during the discharge, do not use metal utensils. Use bamboo poles or plastic rods and wooden sticks to gently open. If there is any smashed glass crumbs during discharge, it should be opened immediately and repaired before use.
